Your team is together for 72 hours. Don't waste the opportunity.

The logistics to get your entire sales, marketing, and leadership organization in one room cost your company more than the event itself. Most companies invest everything to make it happen — then let the headshot problem persist for another year.

01 — Scattered photos

Inconsistent images hurt credibility.

Half the team has a professional headshot. Half have a phone photo from 2019. A new rep uses their wedding photo. Sales decks, LinkedIn profiles, and the company website all look like they're about different organizations.

02 — Scheduling chaos

Individual appointments never happen.

Every VP of Sales has said "let's get everyone proper headshots this quarter." Three quarters later, it hasn't happened — because coordinating 80 distributed people for individual sessions is a project nobody owns.

03 — Missed window

The SKO is the obvious moment.

Everyone is already in one place, in business attire, and energized. A professional headshot station that runs between sessions turns two otherwise-wasted hours into a full brand refresh for the entire organization.

One station. One day. Consistent headshots for the entire team.

A professional headshot station built around the event schedule.

SKO traffic comes in waves — between keynotes, before lunch, during breaks. The station is engineered for exactly that rhythm. One flat day rate. Everything below is included.

  • On-site headshot station

Fully equipped station deployed to your venue — hotel ballroom, conference center, or dedicated photo room. We set up before the first session and tear down after the last.

  • Studio lighting

Studio-quality two-light setup. The same equipment and technique used in commercial headshot studios — consistent results that hold up at any resolution, on any platform.

  • Experienced photographer

Steven Joseph is the lead photographer on every engagement. He directs posing and expression efficiently — most guests are in and out in under 5 minutes and still leave with a photo they're confident using.

  • Consistent framing & style

Every image shot to the same framing specification — same crop, same lighting, same clean background. No variation between the CEO's headshot and a first-year AE's.

  • Solid-color backdrop

Clean black, gray, or white backdrop — selected to match your brand palette. Produces the cleanest, most versatile LinkedIn and website headshots across every team member's coloring and wardrobe.

  • Fast digital gallery delivery

Each guest's retouched image is delivered digitally — typically within hours of their session. Full gallery delivered within 24–48 hours of the event closing. No week-long wait for a shared Dropbox link.

  • Advanced retouching (add-on)

Standard delivery includes clean event-quality retouching. Advanced retouching — skin smoothing, wardrobe clean-up, background refinement — is available at approximately $19 per image, handled personally by Steven.

  • Multi-photographer staffing

One photographer covers approximately 80 guests per day. Add a second photographer to cover 100–160 guests per day. Larger events are quoted individually.

How sales kickoff headshots run on your schedule.

Five steps from kickoff agenda to full team gallery. You run your event. We work around it.

01

Schedule planning

We review your agenda together and identify the best session windows — breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, post-keynote slots. Leadership slots are scheduled first to keep executives on time.

02

Station setup

We arrive at your venue during event load-in and install the full studio setup — lighting, backdrop, camera station, delivery gear. Everything is floor-ready before the first attendee arrives.

03

Session photography

Guests arrive during scheduled windows. Steven directs each session efficiently — most people are in and out in under 5 minutes with a photo that looks completely intentional.

04

Digital delivery

Retouched images are delivered digitally to each guest. The full gallery is delivered to the event organizer within 24–48 hours of the final session. No waiting, no shared Dropbox, no chasing files.

05

Advanced retouching (optional)

Guests can select advanced retouching through their gallery. Steven handles each edit personally. Pre-payment by the sponsoring company is also available — popular for C-suite headshots.

Why consistent headshots matter for your team.

Professional headshots are a brand asset that touches every external touchpoint your team produces.

Sales credibility

LinkedIn presence that converts.

Buyers look up your reps before taking calls. A polished, consistent headshot on every AE's LinkedIn profile signals the same professionalism as your product. An inconsistent team looks like a startup still figuring it out.

Brand consistency

Unified visual identity.

Your website, press releases, sales decks, and event profiles all pull headshots from the same pool. When they were taken at different times by different photographers, the brand looks fractured — even if everything else is locked down.

Onboarding

First-day readiness.

New hires joining after the SKO often spend their first weeks without a professional headshot because the window has closed. A full-team refresh at the SKO means every new face has a usable image from day one in the company directory and on LinkedIn.

Speaker assets

Ready for any stage or PR request.

Every time a team member speaks at a conference, is featured in a press mention, or gets quoted in content, a headshot is needed. A current, professional image on file means no scrambling when the request comes in on 48 hours notice.

Content & bios

Cleaner website and CRM assets.

Team pages, author bios, About Us sections, and internal directories all benefit from a consistent photo set. One shoot refreshes all of them at once — without the coordination cost of scheduling separately.

Team morale

People show up differently.

A professional headshot is something people genuinely appreciate. It signals the company sees them as worth investing in. It shows up on LinkedIn the next morning and generates connection requests — and they remember the SKO where it happened.

How many people can be photographed per day?

Approximately 80 guests per photographer per day under typical SKO conditions — sessions running between keynotes, meals, and agenda breaks. Two photographers can cover up to approximately 160 guests per day. Throughput scales with the staffing level — larger events are quoted individually.
One photographer is right for events up to approximately 80 attendees. For events of 100 or more, two photographers are recommended to maintain throughput during peak session windows without creating long queues during keynote breaks. If your headcount is close to the threshold, we will recommend the right setup in your quote.
Yes. We use clean solid-color backdrops — black, gray, or white — selected to complement your brand palette. Framing and lighting are consistent across the entire team, so every image looks like it was shot the same day in the same studio. Share your brand guidelines when you book and we will match the backdrop selection accordingly.
Each guest receives their retouched headshot digitally — typically within a few hours of their session, often the same day. The full gallery is delivered to the event organizer within 24–48 hours of the final session closing. Full commercial usage rights are included on all images.
Yes. We schedule VIP slots for executives and senior leadership at the start of each session block — before the general queue opens. This keeps senior team members on schedule with their agenda commitments while ensuring they get a preferred slot without waiting.
That's exactly how it works. We build the shoot schedule around your event agenda — breakfast windows, lunch breaks, afternoon coffee slots, post-session periods. We review your agenda before the event and identify the optimal windows. The station is set up and ready before your first attendee arrives.
Standard delivery includes clean event-quality retouching on every image. Advanced retouching — skin smoothing, background clean-up, wardrobe refinement — is available as an add-on at approximately $19 per image, handled personally by Steven. This can be pre-paid by the sponsoring company (common for executive headshots) or selected individually by each guest through their private gallery.
Yes. National SKO engagements start at $4,900 per photographer per day. Lodging is quoted individually if not provided by the venue or event organizer. Common markets include San Francisco, Chicago, Orlando, New York, Austin, Nashville, and Denver. Need a market not listed? Get in touch — we will quote your specific event.
