Convention attendee photos
When we operate a headshot lounge at a client's booth, attendees sign an opt-in release at badge capture covering commercial use by the hosting brand. We do not use attendee photos for our own marketing without explicit separate consent.
Third-party services
We use Formspree for form handling, Google Analytics for anonymized usage data, and may provide clean .CSV lead exports to clients under their privacy terms.
Your rights
You can request deletion of any information we hold by emailing steve@expotraffic.com. We'll confirm deletion within 30 days.
