Sales Kickoff Headshots
Your entire go-to-market team is in one city for 72 hours. Photograph all of them in the same window - on-brand, uniformly lit, zero scheduling overhead.
- Best for: annual SKO, leadership offsites, regional all-hands
- Throughput: SKO traffic flows differently than a tradeshow floor. Attendees are committed to keynotes, breakout sessions, and meals — which means arrival comes in rushes between sessions rather than a steady stream. Plan for approximately 80 guests per photographer per day under typical SKO conditions. We recommend booking two photographers for events of 100 or more, which reliably delivers coverage for up to 160 guests per day. Throughput scales directly with staffing.

In-Office Headshot Days
In-office headshot days bring the studio to your team — no scheduling a separate appointment, no dragging everyone offsite. We set up a clean, professionally lit station in your office or conference room and work through your team efficiently, typically at 15–20 guests per hour.
In-office days are ideal for onboarding classes, annual brand refreshes, and teams that need consistent headshots across a distributed roster. Less time pressure than a once-a-year SKO. Same quality output.

Advanced Retouching
Want more than automatic?
Every headshot delivered by ExpoTraffic has already been automatically retouched — skin smoothed, glasses glare removed, background cleaned, brightness corrected — at no additional charge. Sponsors can elect to offer Advanced Retouching as an upgrade for their guests. When offered, guests can select a favorite image from their gallery and request more personalized editing at approximately $19 per image. The sponsor chooses whether to pre-pay this for all attendees or to make it a guest-pay option. Steven is notified of each request, does the edit personally, and the updated photo appears in the same gallery — typically the same day.
