What is a trade show headshot lounge? +
A professionally-lit, branded photography station inside your booth offering attendees free LinkedIn-quality headshots, instantly delivered. It's an engineered attraction - not documentation - built to create a line and capture opt-in leads.
How many leads will we actually get? +
A standard ExpoTraffic lounge delivers 250+ opt-in, named leads per show day. Peak-floor booths push 300-350. Average attendee dwell time is 10 to 45 minutes — that's the time your guest spends in and around the booth, from joining the line through the conversation with your sales team. The photography itself takes approximately 3 minutes per guest.
What does it cost? +
Las Vegas trade-show rate starts at $5,000/day. Standard 3-day Las Vegas package is $15,000, all-inclusive. National from $6,000/day — hotel comped or quoted individually. Full pricing →
Who actually runs the shoot? +
Steven Joseph Fogarty personally - every engagement. Based in Las Vegas since 2009, professional since 2004. On 20×20+ booths, a trained second shooter and on-site editor join.
How is this different from an event photographer? +
Event photographers document what happens. A headshot lounge is a complete attraction engineered to create a line - premium lighting, trained operator, real-time retouching, instant delivery, solid-color backdrop. Only a lounge converts foot traffic into captured leads.
What's the minimum booth size? +
12×12 is ideal. 10×6 is the floor. Bigger booths unlock two-camera setups and double throughput.
How do you deliver leads? +
At the close of the show — or at the end of each show day if preferred — you receive a clean .CSV of every registered guest: name, email, and timestamp. Load it into whatever system your team uses. No API work, no integration dependencies, no third-party access required. Just a clean file, ready to go.
Who owns the photos? +
You get full commercial usage on every image from your booth.
Do you work with Freeman, BDA, GES? +
Yes - all three and most major regional GSCs. Electrical, rigging, and show-management paperwork are our responsibility.
Do you travel outside Las Vegas? +
Yes. We've operated at shows in San Diego, Anaheim, Austin, New Orleans, Orlando, Nashville, Atlanta, and Washington, D.C. — and we're comfortable anywhere the show takes us. Out-of-market rate covers travel and freight.
How fast is photo delivery to the attendee? +
Under 3 minutes - captured, retouched, delivered to their inbox. They can post to LinkedIn before reaching the next booth.
What does the attendee experience look like? +

Attendees scan a QR code to register — name and email, under 30 seconds — then spend two to three minutes in front of the camera. Within 60 seconds of their last shot, they receive an email with a private gallery link containing six or more retouched headshots — skin smoothed, glasses glare removed, background cleaned — branded with your company's logo. The gallery is up indefinitely — we recommend guests download their photos as soon as possible. Guests download and share to LinkedIn at any time.

If you've elected to offer Advanced Retouching, guests will see the option in their gallery to request more personalized editing at approximately $19 per image. Steven is notified, does the edit, and the updated photo appears in the same gallery — typically the same day.

No waiting until after the show. No following up with the booth team. Their new headshot is in their pocket before they reach the next exhibitor.

How far in advance should we book? +
Six weeks is ideal. Four is standard. Three is tight but possible. Peak season (Q1 and Q4) books out earlier - get on the calendar.
What does the backdrop look like? +

We shoot against clean solid-color backgrounds — black, gray, or white. These work beautifully for professional headshots and keep the focus on the person, not the set.

If you have a specific color or look in mind, we can match it virtually through our retouching workflow — no physical backdrop to print, ship, or wrestle onto the show floor. Your photos still look intentional and on-brand without the production overhead.
