What the price actually covers.
Everything on-floor
Camera, lighting rig, professional backdrop, delivery station, on-site editor. Show-producer paperwork and electrical drop are ours.
Lead export
Clean .CSV of every registered guest — name, email, and timestamp — delivered at close of show. Daily export available on request.
Usage rights
Full commercial usage on all images — website, social, press, sales decks.
Second photographer
Approximately doubles day rate. Recommended for SKOs and large booths.
Advanced retouching
~$19/image. Pre-paid by sponsor or guest-selectable in gallery. Steven does each edit personally.
50% upon booking
50% deposit upon booking. Balance due approximately two weeks before the event. Terms are flexible — ask.
