We created scores and scores of high quality images in-restaurant today, as diners enjoyed their feasts. Chef and Marketing Director collaborated with the photographer - me, Steven Joseph Fogarty - examining each photo in high resolution on one of two iPads where photos were broadcast to in real-time as we created them. This collaborative process allowed us to tweak this and that, achieving the perfect lighting, surface, garnishes and shape.

This overhead photo captures a vibrant Korean BBQ feast at Master Kim’s Korean BBQ in Las Vegas. At the center of the table, a large ribeye steak and long strips of pork belly sizzle on a built-in tabletop grill, surrounded by an abundant spread of traditional Korean dishes. Fresh vegetables, mushrooms, and sliced sweet potatoes cook alongside the meat, while hands reach in with tongs and chopsticks to turn and serve the food.
Around the grill, the table is filled with colorful banchan (side dishes), including kimchi, seasoned greens, japchae noodles, pickled vegetables, dipping sauces, and a fluffy steamed egg casserole. Plates of raw marbled beef and pork are arranged on the right, ready to be grilled, while crisp lettuce leaves sit on the left for wrapping meats into ssam. The glossy black tabletop contrasts with the rich reds, greens, and golden tones of the food, creating a bold, inviting presentation that highlights the interactive, communal dining experience Korean BBQ is known for.
