This is a screenshot of a matrix of heavily compressed photos, reduced to 49kb or less for my client's point of sale (POS) system.
When a restaurant management group wanted better photos for their table-side Point of Sale system, I set up lighting and a tethered PC so that I could broadcast photos in real-time to Chef and the restaurant manager. We churned through about 170 individual menu items in several hours during business hours, that will be used throughout their network of restaurant POS systems.
